The History of hope worldwide lebanon

About Us
Hope Worldwide Lebanon registered under the presidential Decree 6211 in 1995. It began through the heartfelt efforts of individuals from the United States who longed to see the Church in Lebanon grow and thrive in its service to the needy and the underprivileged.
Their desire was not only to witness its growth but to see its impact spread far and wide.
What started with passionate volunteers turned into a mission to reach those in need with genuine love and support.
In times of hardship, especially during the escalation of war and the devastating Beirut port explosion on August 4, 2020, HOPEww Lebanon has provide relief through projects that supported in renovating affected homes to visits that provided psychosocial support to families.
Today, Hope Worldwide Lebanon has become a source of comfort, raising awareness around the emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals and communities, empowering women through developing skills that would be a source of living, to supporting teenagers in underprivileged schools and communities with emotional wellbeing programs to reinforce their resilience and develop a healthier view of their identity.

Our Vision
We envision a compassionate and inclusive Lebanon where every individual—regardless of background or circumstance—has the opportunity to heal, grow, and live with dignity. Through community-driven initiatives, we aim to break cycles of poverty, trauma, and marginalization by fostering resilience, empowering the vulnerable, and nurturing a culture of hope and solidarity.

Our Mission
At HOPE worldwide Lebanon, our mission is to inspire hope and a source of healing to individuals and communities facing challenges and hardships, focusing on the most vulnerable. We are committed to restoring dignity, strengthening resilience, and empowering lives through holistic programs that address emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. Our beneficiaries are primarily families with Special Needs children, the physically disabled and the impaired, vulnerable women and elderly. We strive to create safe spaces where every person can be empowered and feel valued. We also aim to provide relief to individuals affected by war and respond to disasters. Guided by empathy, filled with compassion and driven to implement our faith into action, we believe in being catalysts of change where hope is not just a word—but a lived reality.
